Karen Jackson has a bachelor’s in construction management as well as an associate in architecture.  She has provided clients with program management, project management, design QC, and scheduling services over the past 25 years.  She has extensive design-build federal, commercial construction management experience, and energy conservation construction project experience in the commercial and federal construction sectors. She has developed and implemented many projects over her career with a focus on electrical energy substations.  She supports projects as needed in quality control, project management, estimating, proposal writing, developing training programs specific to the individuals, performing employee reviews, developing company SOPs, and conducting project audits.  She has experience with Primavera P6 scheduling, estimates and negotiation of contracts with clients and subcontractors, review of job cost; negotiation of change orders; monthly schedule updates, preparation of Time Impact Analysis, holding work-in-progress meetings, monitoring safety compliance, contract adherence to plans and specifications.
