Rowan Strengthens C-Suite with Hyperscale Leaders

DENVER, Co. — April 6, 2026 — Rowan Digital Infrastructure today announced several executive leadership appointments as the company continues to scale its platform and build on strong recent momentum.
Kirstin Gunderson has been appointed Rowan’s first Chief People and Operations Officer, following approval by the Rowan Board of Directors. Since joining Rowan in April 2023, Kirstin has built the People and Culture, Business Operations, and IT functions from the ground up — creating the foundation that enabled Rowan to scale from 15 employees to more than 170 in just three years, representing over 1,000% growth. As Chief People and Operations Officer, she will continue to oversee HR, Recruiting, Strategic Planning, Board Operations, and IT.
Rowan also announced the appointment of Jordan Crandall as Chief Legal Officer. Jordan previously led Rowan’s Construction and Procurement legal practice, where his expertise enabled the company to execute increasingly complex transactions at scale. After stepping into the Interim Head of Legal role last fall, Jordan demonstrated strong leadership and a deep commitment to Rowan’s culture. His formal appointment reflects both his continued impact and leadership supporting Rowan’s mission.
In addition, Mark Guymon has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development. Mark has been instrumental in scaling Rowan’s business development function into a core driver of commercial growth, leading the effort on more than 1.2 GW of leased capacity with leading hyperscale customers and building a robust pipeline across the portfolio. As SVP, Mark will continue leading the Business Development organization as Rowan advances its ambitious vision for 2026 and beyond.
Rowan congratulates Kirstin, Jordan, and Mark on their new roles and thanks them for their continued leadership and impact.
These appointments further strengthen Rowan’s ability to deliver purpose-built, sustainable hyperscale data center infrastructure at scale. Together, these leaders play a critical role in enabling Rowan to support the world’s largest technology companies with the capacity, speed, and certainty required to meet accelerating demand.
