Manager, Engineering Operations
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a manager of Engineering Operations. This person is the technical lead for all data center engineering operations within the Rowan Digital Infrastructure portfolio and specifically multiple campuses in Frederick Maryland. He/she reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Asset Management and works in close coordination with the Chief Data Center Officer. The Manager of Engineering Operations will be responsible for the overall facility engineering strategy and management activities for the Rowan campuses. This role will include the review/approval/implementation of SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and the proper implementation and training of these procedures. This role’s responsibilities include oversight of general facility operations and will work in conjunction with the site third party management team.
Manager, Site Development
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Site Development Manager to lead site selection and development activities for projects across Rowan’s data center project portfolio. The Site Development Manager is a critical part of the team, helping to develop and implement Rowan’s site origination strategy, helping determine which sites should be developed as part of Rowan’s portfolio, and delivering sites in line with Rowan’s business model and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the data center industry. The successful candidate will have excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills, organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Energy Project Manager
