Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a manager of Engineering Operations. This person is the technical lead for all data center engineering operations within the Rowan Digital Infrastructure portfolio and specifically multiple campuses in Frederick Maryland. He/she reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Asset Management and works in close coordination with the Chief Data Center Officer. The Manager of Engineering Operations will be responsible for the overall facility engineering strategy and management activities for the Rowan campuses. This role will include the review/approval/implementation of SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and the proper implementation and training of these procedures. This role’s responsibilities include oversight of general facility operations and will work in conjunction with the site third party management team.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Site Development Manager to lead site selection and development activities for projects across Rowan’s data center project portfolio. The Site Development Manager is a critical part of the team, helping to develop and implement Rowan’s site origination strategy, helping determine which sites should be developed as part of Rowan’s portfolio, and delivering sites in line with Rowan’s business model and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the data center industry. The successful candidate will have excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills, organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Business Development Senior Associate will play a critical role in supporting the Business Development customer leads throughout the full customer development and opportunity development lifecycle – from initial customer engagement to lease execution and beyond. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain or expand exposure to the data center real estate industry while honing vital analytical, financial modeling, deal structure development, and client service skills.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Senior Manager of Finance to play an integral role in Rowan’s project financing process. This role will support the Senior Director of Project Finance in structuring and execution of capital raise transactions, interface with banks and financial institutions, and work with both internal and external stakeholders from pre-launch to closing for our growing project pipeline. We are completing our initial financing project and expect to quickly launch our second and third projects. We expect this volume to continue for several years.

As the Senior Energy Projects Associate, you’ll support the delivery of Rowan’s power infrastructure solutions by working with leading utilities partners to energize critical projects on time and on budget to meet Rowan’s capacity and reliability requirements, and partner with customers to meet Rowan’s sustainability objectives.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an Associate General Counsel – Energy, Utilities & Sustainability, to play an integral role in supporting the delivery of Rowan’s power infrastructure solutions by working across leading utilities partners to energize critical projects on time and on budget to meet Rowan’s capacity and reliability requirements, and partner with customers to meet Rowan’s sustainability objectives.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Project Safety Manager to join our team to support projects in Frederick, MD. The Safety Manager is a critical part of the site project team that will help support all aspects of the Rowan approach for site construction and operation startup. The successful candidate will have excellent strategic thinking skills, organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This position will report to the Director of Safety.

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a Manager of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure to spearhead Rowan’s wet utility infrastructure development across Rowan’s data center portfolio. The Infrastructure Manager will also lead Rowan’s effort to develop water and wastewater sustainability initiatives consistent with Rowan’s corporate goals. This role will entail collaboratively working with multi-functional project teams to create strategies to secure wet utilities for projects, negotiate supply agreements with service providers, and support the deployment of water and wastewater infrastructure through permitting and construction.
