Charley Daitch is Chief Executive Officer at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, where he brings over a decade of experience in infrastructure development and delivering utility-scale energy, water, and renewable solutions. Charley's leadership is integral into bolstering Rowan’s capability to effectively serve partners. Charley joined Rowan as Chief Commercial Officer in 2023 and led the company’s efforts in scaling its pipeline of data center campuses to over 1 GW of opportunities. Charley works directly with Rowan’s hyperscale customers to ensure Rowan’s approach to siting and sustainability meet the future needs of the industry.

Prior to joining Rowan, Charley led the Energy and Water strategy teams at AWS. In this role, he managed a global organization of professionals, delivering gigawatts of critical infrastructure across more than 20 countries. He was instrumental in developing and scaling the world’s largest corporate renewable energy portfolio. Prior to AWS, Charley was the Business Development Lead at Puget Sound Energy. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Washington.

Dan McNary possesses decades of experience in professional engineering, consulting, and construction. With a career spanning 30+ years, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in leading the planning, design, construction, and technology fit-out of cutting-edge data centers, contributing to an impressive cumulative capacity of over 3 GW within the past 10 years alone.

Dan's remarkable track record includes steering the development of highly complex facilities and large data center campuses for industry giants such as Microsoft, AWS, Vantage, Nvidia, Tesla, Digital Realty, and other prominent partners.

Prior to joining Rowan, Dan held leadership positions where he directed construction management teams tasked with overseeing the development of substantial campus projects exceeding 250MW in Virginia, Maryland, Texas, Eastern Washington, and California, among other locations. Notably, he spearheaded the construction of over 25 million square feet of data center space and critical power/cooling infrastructure across diverse environments, including enterprise, hyperscale, co-location, and edge data centers.

Dan McNary is a Professional Engineer (PE) and holds General Contracting licenses in multiple states.

Kevin Mammel is responsible for leading the capital strategy of the company including large project financing. Kevin also has responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis and long-term planning.

Kevin brings over 30 years of experience across the telecommunications and technology industries, in corporate finance, treasury, accounting and capital markets. Prior to joining Rowan, Kevin spent nine years at Zayo Group, a fiber infrastructure company, where he held various roles in finance including reporting segment CFO and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance. Before Zayo, Kevin was the CFO at Quark Software, and has held finance leadership roles at Qwest, Brocade and Skyetek.

Kevin has an MBA from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Stephen Jenkins is Chief Development Officer at Rowan, where he leads the company’s global development strategy as it scales next-generation hyperscale data center campuses. With more than 20 years of experience, he has built a reputation for driving innovation, operational excellence, and large-scale infrastructure delivery across the cloud and energy sectors.

Prior to joining Rowan, Stephen spent nearly 12 years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he held senior leadership roles overseeing global data center expansion, network design, and infrastructure strategy. He led the development of new AWS regions worldwide and directed advanced networking solutions for government and enterprise customers, including infrastructure supporting cutting-edge AI services. Earlier in his career, Stephen held roles at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, further strengthening his expertise in complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.

Kirstin Gunderson brings over 16 years of experience as a program and operations leader with a strong focus on renewable energy. She is passionate about people and nature and driven by the strong belief that our most important work lies in where the two intersect. She excels at building and engaging teams while establishing functions that drive organizational growth. Kirstin has a proven history of successfully delivering complex data center and renewable energy projects at corporate giants including Meta and Walmart. Kirstin is adept at creating and implementing systems that enable fast-paced scaling in high-growth tech environments. She is a natural collaborator and a servant leader who builds trust and accountability in her endeavors.

As Chief Legal Officer, Jordan Crandall is responsible for Rowan’s entire legal, corporate governance, and risk management functions. Since joining Rowan in 2023, he has led the company’s legal efforts for construction and facility operations, a responsibility he continues to oversee today in his role as CLO. Prior to joining Rowan, Jordan spent nearly seven years at Amazon Web Services (AWS). At AWS, Jordan built and led the global team of legal professionals responsible for data center engineering and construction. Under his leadership, that team helped deliver and scale data center capacity and critical infrastructure in more than 15 countries. Jordan started his career in private practice, representing developers and contractors in complex construction matters relating to large infrastructure and commercial projects.

Mark Guymon is responsible for leading Rowan's business development and customer engagement efforts, including cultivating new customer partnerships. With two decades of involvement in the data center industry, Mark brings extensive expertise in infrastructure, operations, capacity strategy, acquisition, team development, and global initiatives. Mark's professional journey also includes working for leaders in the technology industry, such as AWS, Digital Realty, and IBM.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Gary Cudmore is our head of Sustainable Engineering & Construction. Gary brings over 35 years of international experience in the design, engineering, and construction of energy efficient, high-reliability and resilient data centers. Gary has strong leadership and project management skills, as well as experience maneuvering complex technical solutions and owner project requirements. Before joining Rowan, Gary provided subject matter expertise for organizations such as IBM, Dell, and Unysis. His international experience includes projects in Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, U.K., Ireland, India, South Korea, and Thailand.

Patrick Dillow is Rowan's Vice President of Energy and Water, leading the team responsible for end to end utility power infrastructure delivery and carbon free energy development for Rowan's portfolio of data centers. He is a data center and energy professional, experienced in technical program and project management, mission critical operations, and energy development across the military, government, and data center industries. Patrick holds master's degrees in Business Administration and Business Analytics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Prior to joining Rowan, he served 11 years as an active duty Naval Officer and qualified nuclear submariner, after which he led the energy infrastructure and procurement teams for western North America at AWS, delivering hyperscale data centers and associated energy infrastructure and supply.

Brian Huard is an accomplished operations executive with a deep background in data center operations leadership, having overseen large-scale, mission-critical facilities across multiple regions during his time at Savvis, Equinix, and QTS Data Centers. He brings a consistent track record of improving uptime, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while managing complex infrastructure projects and regulatory compliance. His leadership spans crisis management, global process optimization, and talent development, underpinned by his belief in human connection and cross-functional collaboration. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, and he is completing a doctorate in Organization Development and Change at Bowling Green State University. He operates at the intersection of strategic foresight and operational discipline, building resilient teams and systems that support the digital infrastructure of the 21st century.

Kyle Hoover possesses 20 years of experience ensuring the quality, safety, and adherence to environmental regulations of intricate engineering projects. He is an innovative engineering professional who excels in strategic planning, operational risk management, and data analytics. Demonstrating a consistent history of leadership in multidisciplinary settings, Kyle inspires and guides others. He is skilled at bridging the gap between business and technical professionals.

Furthermore, Kyle displays a keen interest in emerging technologies and the evolving landscape of best practices. With his personable demeanor and exceptional communication abilities, he effectively fosters agreement and collaboration on crucial initiatives.

Tim McGuire is Vice President of Capital Markets at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, where he leads capital markets strategy and execution, as well as investment evaluation and risk management across the company’s data center portfolio. In this role, he partners with investors, lenders, and internal teams to structure and execute financing solutions that support Rowan’s growth in sustainable hyperscale digital infrastructure.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure capital markets, Tim has completed over $15 billion in transactions throughout his career.

Before joining Rowan, he served as Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management and previously held capital markets roles at UBS and Morgan Stanley.

Tim holds a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.

Guillermo Portillo is the Vice President of Project Delivery at Rowan, where he leads the company’s construction strategy and execution across hyperscale projects. With over 17 years of global experience, Guillermo has held leadership roles at Amazon, Stanford University’s SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, and ExxonMobil, driving major infrastructure initiatives in the technology, energy, and scientific research sectors.

Guillermo has led end-to-end execution of capital projects exceeding $5 billion in value—from engineering through commissioning—across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. At Amazon, he was instrumental in establishing the execution team that built out the company's last- and middle-mile logistics infrastructure in Latin America during the explosive growth of the COVID-19 era. His portfolio includes work on world-class assets such as the Linac Coherent Light Source II (LCLS-II) particle accelerator, and major oil sands and petrochemical facilities.

He holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso. He is a PMP-certified leader known for his passion for safety, talent development, and driving excellence across multidisciplinary teams.

Martin Romo is an economic development, real estate, and public policy professional with over a decade of experience in the public and private sector.  He is experienced in community development, government affairs, real estate development feasibility, and site selection for industrial-scale infrastructure projects within data center markets. Martin holds a master's degree in Economic Development from Cornell University. Prior to joining Rowan, Martin was a member of the Economic Development Team at Meta, supporting the development of several hyperscale data centers in the United States.

Chris Anderson is a technology and security leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling IT infrastructure for high-growth companies. He specializes in aligning technology strategy with business goals, leading enterprise security and compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2), cloud and infrastructure transformations, and cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth. He partners closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams to deliver technology solutions that drive results, bringing both the technical depth and business acumen to lead IT organizations end-to-end.

Naomi Arnold is Senior Director of Energy Supply at Rowan, where she leads power procurement and commercial structuring for reliable, sustainable, cost-effective energy for large‑scale data center campuses. She brings 15+ years of experience in the energy industry with a career focused on scaling energy solutions and sustainability programs for complex, high‑growth digital infrastructure platforms. Prior to Rowan, Naomi spent nearly nine years at Amazon Web Services leading energy and sustainability infrastructure initiatives for global data centers and previously held roles at Pacific Gas & Electric and Opower (Oracle Utilities); she holds an MBA and a Master’s in Engineering Systems from MIT and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from UC Berkeley.

Julie Bixby is an experienced leader in data center site selection and development with 8 years of global experience in the hyperscale data center industry. Prior to leading data center site selection efforts, Julie worked on a variety of projects as a consultant and government representative including large scale energy and transportation infrastructure developments, sustainability planning, local land use plans and policies, and development regulations. Her passion is tying sustainability and environmental protection with the needs of growing industries and transformative developments.  At Rowan, Julie leads our site origination team, helping us identify and assess new sites for our portfolio.

Danny Clapps is our Senior Director of Project Management, responsible for leading the day-to-day oversight of our hyperscale data center development projects. Danny brings over 15 years of experience in the construction of data center facilities, with a strong track record of developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Danny also has previous experience executing renovations within active, complex facilities and working across multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.

Prahlad Krishna is a Senior Director of Energy Innovation and Commercialization, focused on scalable energy strategies that support Rowan’s digital infrastructure portfolio. His work sits at the intersection of energy markets, power generation, grid strategy, and commercial execution, with an emphasis on advancing innovative energy assets and partnerships. Previously, Prahlad held roles across operations and energy development at DTE Energy and Intersect, contributing to a range of renewable and sustainability infrastructure initiatives. Prahlad holds a dual Master’s degrees in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mark McKeon is a Senior Director of Safety responsible for formulating and executing the safety strategies and plans for Rowan's rapidly growing data center portfolio. Mark has 20 years in construction safety and a total of 26 years in construction related work including power generation, transmission/distribution, waste water, telecom, data centers, and most recent, electrical testing. Mark is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals ("ASSP") Colorado Chapter and holds a Certified Safety Professional certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals ("BCSP").

Kyle Snoke is our Senior Director responsible for leading complex construction and infrastructure initiatives across Rowan’s portfolio. He brings more than 30 years of experience in general contracting and the oil and gas sector, with deep expertise delivering large‑scale, technically complex projects. Kyle has managed and executed mega‑projects both domestically and internationally, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and high‑value capital programs from early development through completion.

Mia Sanchez-O'Dell is the Director of People and Culture at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, where she leads the people strategy and execution, including employment policies and practices, employee relations, compliance, talent management, onboarding, employee development, and engagement.

Mia has over 20 years of experience growing companies in start-up and large corporate environments. Before Rowan, she held leadership roles at several companies, including Well Data Labs, Sendgrid, SolidFire (now part of NetApp), and Lockheed Martin. Mia has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an SPHR certification. She is passionate about helping employees succeed and thrive in the company culture and believes in creating programs to support this mission.

J.D. Lambert is a purpose-driven and process-oriented designer, focused on repairing our relationship with the environment. She helps customers align their business goals with actionable strategies to improve building performance while reducing risk and waste. In each project, she focuses on optimizing embodied carbon and considers the built environment’s impact on the circular economy. J.D. holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Golisano Institute for Sustainability at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
