Tess MacMorris is responsible for leading the firm’s permitting and entitlement efforts across Projects in active development.  She has 6+ years’ experience in complex project and permit management, as both developer and consultant, and successfully facilitate full environmental and land use permitting of commercial developments and power and energy sector projects varying in contract value (1.2M+) across the US. Tess holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Florida International University and has previously worked as a consultant Principal planner for two international environmental consulting firms.
